Sulfur soap for acne and over counter acne treatment

Having too much coffee- Yes this is one of the major reasons why some people simply never get rid of acne and it starts getting worse with time. You see there are people out there who are so addicted to coffee that they find it extremely hard to get away from it and can't even start their mornings without a cup of coffee. Make it a point to drink a lot of water when you wake up instead of coffee.
Don't touch your pimples! I am sure you have all heard this one before but here is why you shouldn't. As mentioned in previous posts, acne on the skin is based bacteria and infection. Touching affected areas spreads bacteria and infection to the surrounding areas. Additionally, our hands come into contact with hundreds of different objects every day. Door handles, keyboards, tables, cars, floors, plants, etc. All of which hundreds of other people have touched and which have probably not been cleaned for many months (if ever). Bacteria and/or dirt cover the majority of these objects and until you wash your hands, you will spread both over anything you touch. So why touch an area that is bad enough to have acne and make it worse?
There are numerous ways to fight acne. Wash your face with mild sop and warm water at least twice a day. Never scrub your face, just use a soft towel and pat dry. You can also use a good face wash to keep your skin free from oil and dirt. If you use make ups, then try using 'oil free' cosmetics. Don't press or touch or squeeze pimples, as the pus in it will cause an infection which will leave a scar or mark. Stick on to a good vegetarian or vegan diet which is very healthy. As you know, meat and dairy products contain too much of cholesterol and fat. Eat loads of fresh vegetables and fruits. If you develop too much of pimples or oil, consult a dermatologist who will prescribe you a medicated soap or lotion to treat you acne.
